I am a health and well-being enthusiast that is passionate about anything health or fitness related. An avid yogi who is a qualified alternative therapist, nutrition coach and fitness instructor.

After emerging from a decade of self-inflicted emotional eating restriction what I have learnt is, it is not about dieting, restriction or counting calories.  It is not about being hungry and feeling deprived.  It is about nourishing your body with whole foods so you are consistently satisfied and energised.  Food is our fuel.  My experience has taught me how good nutrition and a balanced lifestyle can lend its way to eliminating illness and disease in the body and my holistic approach has helped me to overcome illness.

Eating healthy isn’t always going to be easy, but committing to a healthy lifestyle is one of the smartest decisions you’ll ever make.

The intention of this blog is ultimately to share my journey, learning and experiences to hopefully inspire and motivate others.
